By downloading, installing, or using Recurro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. App Description

Recurro is a subscription tracking application that allows users to:

• Track and manage recurring subscriptions and payments
• Set up reminders for upcoming payments
• Analyze spending patterns and subscription costs
• Organize subscriptions by categories
• View spending analytics and projections

3. License and Usage Rights

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Recurro for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:

• Install and use the App on your iOS devices
• Enter and manage your subscription information
• Use all features provided within the App

Usage Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Backing up your device data if desired
• Updating the App when new versions are available

6. App Availability and Updates

We strive to keep Recurro available and updated, but we cannot guarantee:

• Continuous availability or operation of the App
• Compatibility with future iOS versions
• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Availability of new features or updates

7. Limitation of Liability

Recurro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Data loss or device malfunction
• Missed payments or subscription renewals
• Financial losses related to subscription management
• Inaccuracies in spending calculations or projections
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

Recurro and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with Recurro Team.

9. App Store Terms

Your use of Recurro is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflicts between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern regarding your relationship with Apple.

10. Termination

You may stop using Recurro at any time by deleting the App from your device. These terms remain in effect until terminated. We may terminate or suspend access to the App at any time for any reason.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
